I'd like to know if any of you live in New Hampshire, Mass or Maine if so I have a business proposition for you. I'm a loan officer and I do loans in the 3 states above and what I'm offering is this, when you have your house parties I find that it is a great way to get mortgage leads. All I ask of you is to put out some flyers about my business and my website at your parties and if one of your customers closes a loan with me then I will give you a gift card worth $300.00 to the store of your choice. I will do this everytime one of your customers closes a loan with me. Its very simple word of mouth is the best advertising and it is much cheaper for me to do it this way.
