Any advice regarding the (new) MDA buffers? When I use mine on my face, it slows down or stops if I apply anything more than the lightest pressure. This used to happen with the old ones but it seemed to be because the batterieswere easiliyworn down. But I just checked the strength of the 3 batteries and they are all like-new.

Elizabeth,

Make sure you have applied the buffer correctly. You want to hear it "click". Please let me know if that works....I had the same thing happen to a client. Once she heard the "click" her problems were solved.

Elizabeth,

From what I understand, the brushes are supposed to do that to be sure that the right amount of pressure is being applied. You don't want it to go too deep, and you also want the pressure to be even on your entire face. I would say just to let the brush do the work and don't worry about trying to apply pressure or just a tiny bit that the brush will allow. Let us know if you find out anything more!

Hey Elizabeth - I had that too and was SOOOO Frustrated. Then I figured out I had to push it in father than with the old ones. Now I'm really happy! Plus, you have to push REALLY hard for it to stop now. Enjoy!

Hello!!!

The one thing that I noticed with the new buffer is the brushes don't last as long. They get twisted and flat faster than the old ones. When I'm done using the buffer I put the brushes back in the case, but it still does that. Anyone have any tips on how to prevent it?

Thank you, Jodi
