I'm not in Virginia, but I'm sure I may be of some help...if you are
looking to purchase from a rep, it doesn't matter where they live, you
order online and it ships right to your door!
If you are wanting to join as a consultant, again it doesn't matter
where the person you sign under lives. I am in the midwest and my
sponsor is in PA! But I love her! She's really good at
providing training and encouragement.
