Hi Everyone,
I am having my first candle open house and I wanted to know how many cases I should order of the event, I don't want to order too much or too little does anyone have any advice I could really use it? also since it is an open house should I still play games and have snacks or should I set it up where people just come in and look at candles and if they see something they like they buy? thanks for any advice given I really appreciate it.smileys/smiley4.gif

Hi Rashondra, that is awesome that you are having your open house!! Good luck definately!! Here is something I suggest. Have a theme open house. Feature one of the fall scents like the Hot Apple Pie for example. Make some centerpeice decorations with apples and serve apple pie or have fresh apples and maybe caramel sauce for dipping, etc. You get the idea.
Also, have a mystery hostess. Everyone gets a ticket when they arrive and then you can call the ticket druing the evening and that person acts as the hostess and gets all the benefits as though it was her party. As for ordering, i would definately have some of the fall scents on hand. Do you have the sample bag so all the scents can be smelled? That would be helpful!!
No matter how many you have on hand, you will most likely have to place an order beucase you can't have 90 plus jars on hand and I know how myluck runs andi always get an order for something i dont have!! lol smileys/smiley17.gif
I would think 2 cases is plenty! People really dont mind waiting and our shipping time is good. Try and have one of each scent of bella bar and some bella buns too. Okay, hope this helps and keep us posted!! smileys/smiley2.gifEdited by: iluvsoycandles

I was thinking 2 cases was a good number but wasn't quite sure, seeing that this is my first one. Now let's just hope I have a good turnout. The open house isn't until the 19th of Nov. but I am so nervous.
