For those who are unaware, you can join a site called evite.com ... it's free. You can send invitiations for any type of party. I did three open houses at my home over the summer and evited all my guests. They respond via the site. You can keep track of the guests who did and did not reply. Everyone invited can see who is coming. I love it! There are a couple of cute spa invitations.
Check it out. It can't hurt to look!

I actually just used the evite system for my upcoming spa next week. I like it because I can see who is coming and those who are not able to attend. However, look out when people respond. One lady wrote in her NO response " you ladies know thatI don't like other people touching and feeling me!" I was so upset that this might influence the other guests who did not reply. I ended up emailing her right away and explained the routine of the spa and that there was no "touching", etc. She never responded.
Anyhow, I used the evite of the woman relaxing on a lounge chair with cucumbers on her eyes that says "Pamper Her!" Then I just cut and paste bits and pieces of various invitations from BC, spainvitations, etc.
There a fewdownsides of it, including the factthat not everyone has email. Those who do may not read it. MAKE SURE you tell your hostesses to give their guests a heads up that the email is coming from you not them. Sometimes if they don't recognize who it's from they may not even open it.
It's also nice because you can set it up to automatically send out reminders 1 or 2 days before the spa.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif
Have fun designing your evites! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

My recruited told me about it and I've been using it ever since. It's fun designing the evite and it's so easy to keep track of who's coming! I love it!

You CAN change your guests comments! On the left side there are options. Sometimes people don't enter on the evite but will email you seperate. You as the cooridinator can go into their name and respond yes, no, maybe ... or you can change their commments! Don't ever worry about that! When I first used it, I did not know everyone would see what I wrote. it was for a bunko game and I was so embarrased when I saw my personal note posted. I let others know your reply and comment will be posted for all guests to read.

I would use a Spa Theme!!!! And the heading can be open house... unless of course you are having an open house to sell your home.... but I am assuming you are having a Spa party... go with the spa themes!!!! All the way!!!!
Good luck with it!
