...is it fundraisers, retailing, craft shows and fairs or sponsering. What part of your business has grown the most since you have started.
I sat her today thinkings of where I started with this business and what I said I would not do.I did not want to sponser and I did not want to do craft shows and fairs. I tried that craft shows and it was not for me but to my suprise, sponsering have been that greatest thing I could have done. I never had any intentions of having a team and working with other in that way. WHY, b/c I thought I was not leadership material. I WAS wrong!smileys/smiley32.gif
So what avenue have you had success with?
Many Blessings,
Natalie

Hi Nat! I also love team building (sponsoring). I love to share the products and business opportunity with others, help them build their businesses and grow, and make lifelong, wonderful friends through Mia Bella. The residual income, over time, with team building can be phenomonel! I am going DIRECTOR!! I know you will too.

Sponsoring has beenwhat I have been best at so far.Its the only thing I really want to do. Who wouldn't want lots of money years and years laterthat keeps growing all the time?
I'm going DIRECTOR too! YAY!

I just started like 24 hours ago, but building a team is what I had in mind since the begining. Although when I told people at work last night, they were like - bring in your candles sam,I might like tobuy some, I like candles. So I am totally excited about every method now!!

YAY Samantha! It's great to have other team builders to partner with. With your enthusiasm, you will do great at each method you try. smileys/smiley2.gifEdited by: adina1080

I've only been successful at making up the sample brochures so far. This weekend I'll be stepping out of the comfort zone and handing them out. I know I can sure talk about all the great things about the candles, and what the business can become for people, but I'm not all that sure of myself in other ways. lol
I'd like to do the actual selling of the candles, but then again I'd like to have that extra that comes with having a team. I think I've got what it takes to be a leader, I just have to figure out how to use it. lol

I haven't yethad the pleasure of doing so (although I've done so with Mia Bella beforeand dropped out before I really got any momentum going), but I'm also working toward sponsoring new reps. Once I get a sample bag I'll get moreinto retailing. smileys/smiley4.gif In the meantime, I'll hand out brochures and votive samples.

That is why I love this business, becuase there are so many versitile ways to build your income and/or team. If you dont like home parties, then you can still make a great income focusing on another area!!
All are just as successful as the other!! Once you master one area, then move on to the next with that confidence you have acquired!!
I personally prefer sponsoring, but enjoy selling too. I cant make up my mind, which i like best!!smileys/smiley5.gif I guess this is a GOOD thing to be so undecided!!!

So I am seeing a pattern here! Success through sponsoring huh! I love it. Well, it has brought alot of joy to my life. I truly hope it does that same for the rest of you.
