Hello All,
I just wanted to know the best way to calculate shipping charges to my customers. Is it best to charge per jar or per order? Thank in advance for any input!

Hi Kathleen,
I have had a hard time with this for a long time. When I first started, I charged a flat fee. I realized that I was loosing alot of money that way. So I started to get the exact amount my going to the post office and having them weight it for me. That has worked out well but I am really thinking of purchasing a scale so that I will know before I even go to the post office!
I hope that helps!
Many Blessings,
Natalie

Kathleen, when I am delivering the candles to my customers i charge them 1$ per jar. (my cost is about 1.40). If i am mailing to them i only charge what it costs to send it to them. I dont double charge them with the cost of me getting the candles from corporate.I dont do too much mailing though,as most of my customers are local.

Good morning!
Does anyone know if the company plans to offer internet ordering for our customers, straight from our websites? Most companies are offering drop shipping now. It would be more convenient for customers & distributors.

Hi Auntiem (Toto, I dont think we're in Kansas anymore) LOL!! smileys/smiley2.gifCute name!!
The company is working on online ordering. It should be available the first of the year or maybe sooner. Fall fling is coming soon and they have some things to be "revealed" so we will see!! They know this is important to us and they are working on it!! It will be exciting to see what is going to happen!!!!!
