I just recently joined MB and have searched high and low for an example of what the downline looks like. I have seen the compensation chart that shows 6 levels and the commision amount, and I have gathered that your first line is five wide (is this correct) When I sign up COTM do i get to place them or does the system do it for me. Do I have to place them all on my first line before I begin to fill the second line. Do I receive a commision on sales from everybody below me or only on those I personally sign up or were signed up by someone I signed up. Is it possible for some one in my upline to add someone bellow me to fill my spots? It would seem you would want heavy retail COTM on your first line because of the 10% commision. If anyone could shed some light on this aspect of the bussiness that would be great.

>> Your front line has no limit, you can have 5, 50, 500, 5000 anyone you personally sponsor will be in your front line!
When I sign up COTM do i get to place them or does the system do it for me.
>> Anyone that joins via your link will be your personal team member, this is not a forced matrix so members will never be shifted to levels below you unless you specifically tell people to join below you. Some in the company have practiced this to meet Diamond standards. I have not. There are also no 'promote outs' so you will never lose team members due to growth.
Do I have to place them all on my first line before I begin to fill the second line.
>> It is best to teach your team members how to recruit, so they start building their own teams. You focus on 'wide' and let your team create the 'deep'.
Do I receive a commision on sales from everybody below me or only on those I personally sign up or were signed up by someone I signed up.
>> As you move up you will get paid on deeper levels, once you get 5 under you on your front line you'll get paid 6 levels deep. Then Double Diamond 7 levels and once you continue to climb and hit Director and beyond there are infinity bonuses plus shares of the bonus pool.
Is it possible for some one in my upline to add someone bellow me to fill my spots?
>> It is possibly, but highly unlikely. You upline should want to train you to fill those spots :) Odds are your upline is building wide and teaching team members to do the same creating the deep effect.
It would seem you would want heavy retail COTM onyour first line because of the 10% commision.
>> Lines 1 and 6 are 10% of the Commissionable Volume. 2-5 are 5% of the CV. Retail is definitely good, however you also want team builders to help you grow in the company. If you have one heavy retailer on your front line at 10% that is good. But if that one person recruits 10 people onto your line 2 who are all heavy retailers that is 5% x 10 people which would be more than 1 at 10%...
If anyone could shed some light on this aspect of the bussiness that would be great.
>> Hope that helps a bit? Always feel free to ask your upline questions as well, hopefull s/he has training in place for his/her team members.
