Does anyone have advice as far as picking an upline? I am considering Arbonne, mainly for personal use to begin with but if I decide to go forward with the business building, I want someone strong to lead me. Another potential issue is that I've been moving a lot lately? Any recommendations/tips would be appreciated! Thank you! smileys/smiley1.gif

Hey Sabine-
Who introduced you to Arbonne? Is that person not an option? I'm sure she/he would love to help you with the products & business. You should contact them.
If that person isn't an option (not in the biz anymore, etc)then you should go with someone you are comfortable with. Your upline is going to be the person who is going to guide you & help you reach your goals. If you really have no ties at all to any line then find out what philosophies various consultants haveon different areas of the business.Make sure they are along the same line as yours. Decide what qualitites you really want in an upline & business. Then choose someone who fits it the best.
There are a lot of consultants here of course. Any of us would love to help you.You can also look at the Locate a Consultant part of Arbonne's site. Put a percent in the name & then fill it with your city/state. It will give you names of people in your area. (Of course, it will also give you people who are just wholesale consultants) Or ask Arbonne to hook you up with someone & they will. To me having an upline in the same area isn't as important b/c people sponsor each other all the time without being in the same town. We have a system that makes it easy help your downline no matter where they live. Which is good since you mention moving a lot lately. On the brightside that means you'll always be able to find new prospects when you move to a new place. You'll have a team that's all over!
Good luck!Edited by: Soonergirl74

I sent you a personal message! Jennifer is right though. Find someone you feel comfortable with and ask them what they expect from their downline. That will tell you alot! You can tell from their expectations (like outragious investments) if they have the mindset of what is in it for them, or how to help your growth and business. Good luck!
