HI Arbonne Ladies and Gentlemen, I am looking for a new home. I have really been praying and looking and thinking. The other night (Friday) I was trying to think of what kind of business would be best suited for me, what I would like and not like. Then I thought if the business I was in know could do these things what would they be? Also I have been looking at MLM businesses. So here goes. I am tired of doing home parties, to much time away from my family, gas prices and home parties are hit and miss because I am from a military community we are funny creatures usually the only time we have money is around payday. Also in the currenty buisness I am in you have to hostess coach and I now that to be true about all HB business, more time away from my family, then you have to deliver the product, more time away from my family, then Reorders are done after you establish you client so time away from family some more. I don't want to carry stock. I feel you lose alot of money when you carry stock. Just an example this company wants you to do a quota of $400 month to get your 40% discount and make a commision on your team. Because I have stock all the time some months I do not getthe commision because I don't always need product. I currently have a team of 19 with 6 active and let me tell you that is hit and miss too. Because of the $400 a month they do not always order. We are very busy people and we donot always have time to do home parties, also we have a low end product $3.00 - $18.00. My Ideal business would be join for $???? and ex ($39.00) that gives you the ability to order what ever you want at a discount. You can also advertise on the Internet (the buisness I am in you can do nothing no blog nothing on the internet) and have you own website where people can order. you can have people join your team and and they get the discount and wonderful product. And the also get the ability to make and extra income. And speaking of an income, I want to be compensated nicely for doing this. My currently bus. my biggest check was $58.00 I have been with them 2.5 years and working my tail end off, i have never missed a conference and i have been building a team. very discouraging. Feel free to PM me I am currently living in Missouri. 1.5 hours west of St. louis and 1.15 hour north of Springfield, but should be moving (should because DH is Army) Leavenworth KS. in April. I feel your upline is your lifeline so if anyone is near to those to areas I would like to talk to you. I would prefer if this is something I want to do I have a close upline so I can plug into the system and go to meetings. So this is the meat of my post sorry long there is more but will discuss later. TIA

I was in the Army for 6 years and my dh is retired Army, it's rough- I don't think 'civilians' can relate, imho. I completely understand what you said about your upline is your lifeline in this business. If you are looking for someone in a certain area, and no one from this board responds who is in that certain area, what you can do is go to http://www.arbonne.com/icOnline/locateCon/locateCon.asp (http://www.arbonne.com/icOnline/locateCon/locateCon.asp) enter a % in for name, then whatever city and state and a list of everyone with a consultants account will come up. Keep in mind though that this list includes wholesale buyers as they have the same account that we do. Happy Hunting!
