or customer/hostess appreciation parties, what day(s) of the week have you found to be the most effective?

I have been contemplating doing a two day party at the end of the month and was thinking of having a Sunday Sundaes Party at around 1p.m. and then a Pj's & Popcorn or Coffee, Tea & TOHE party on Monday evening.

Wow, you have a lot of energy. Who are you inviting to have your own parties two "days" in a row? By the way, I think the ideas are cute. Except my waist line does not need sundaes! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif

I had an ice cream social on a Thursday afternoon that was well attended. But a lot of my customers are stay-at-home moms.

I plan to have my next open house on a Sunday afternoon though.

I don't know that I'd do two days, but that's just me. No matter what you do, it wont work for everyone and that's OK.

My reason for two days was to give my guests a choice as to what day might work better for them. Many people are busy on the weekends and many have the weekdays filled up. Hopefully this way I could cover my bases.

Thanks Elsie~ I want to seperate myself from the normal "home party" show and have a little more fun. If it wasn't for the team I am on, I may not have ever done themed parties. My hostesses seem to really like the idea and the themes can be really endless.

I did an open house for my UB biz on Friday evening and Sat morning. Two days worked well for me.
