Which one do you sell more?
and what is your top scent that sells most?

Hi Arijana, you definately want to sell JARS!! They will make you the most profit and of course they smell stronger. I use alot of votives for party gifts, samples, etc and remember that you have to order a case at a time so if you only need one votive, you still have to order 11 more.

If you want any time best selling here is that list, and remember some of our newer scents are not listed but i would definately include Sweet orange chili pepper and Spiced Cranberry, and cantalope cucumber.

I personally don't think the jars smell any stronger than the votives. I think they're both equally as strong.


Frommy experience, I've seen that people will by a jar candle quicker thanthe votive. I can also say, I have never walked down the scented candle isle and started picking up votives to smell and buy. I go right for the jars. Most people do. I think most people by votivesas an inexpensive way to sample scents, decorations or gifts (gift baskets)


I have orders for jars from votive samples. I think that's going to be the norm.Edited by: MiaBellaFreedom

What i mean by a stronger scent is that obviously with the jar you have a larger "pool" of melted wax which allows more scent to be released. lol I think we are on the same page Tracy!! smileys/smiley2.gif

I agree with the jars, however, at a booth people do not carry a lot of cash sometimes, so at booths always offer the votives - they sold the best along with the votive flowers at my last booth(sold out of the votive flowers this time). I sold 3 bella bars and I only sold 4 jar candles :o( (It was a small booth and it was only 51 degrees out - birr!). The people love to smell the jars!


At booths I sell the votives in singles but otherwise I sell them in sets of 6.
