I am having a major problem and wanted to see if anyone else has run into this. I have never in a year had this happen!
I recruited a lady over the weekend, I ran her cc thru and it did not go thru, I got a strange message stating that another form of payment had to be made, as they were unable to approve the credit card. It did not say decline, it just said the above statement. So I called her and told her and she said the funds were there, it was her debit card. She in turn gave me another cc # and I went to process it and I got the same message. I was so frustrated and felt terrible calling her,so I waited a couple of hours and went back to my unit news page, only to find that she was now lsited twice as a new consultant! She had two different consultant #'s and was charges twice! I have been on the phone all day yesterday and today trying to get it cleared up, I am being told that it was a computer glitch.....
So tonight I went in to sign up another lady, and guess what, I am getting the same message! I called my Director and had her try to run it thru on her computer and she got the same message!
Have any of you had this happen, is there a glitch in the computer system somewhere, am I the only one having this problem.....?http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif

NEVER MIND!!!!! I had the wrong date on the experation! Geeshe you would think I was new at this!!!! Just having one of those weeks!!!!
