You will be asked to schedule an appointment at this location for
yourself OR someone else. </span>You may
purchase the glasses for another adult or child ages 12-17 (you must be the
parent, grandparent or legal guardian). You must accompany them through the
entire shop. </span>

At some point, you must object to the price of the glasses. </span>This assignment will include the initial
visit, as well as a short report on the follow-up when you pick up your
glasses. </span></span>

The questionnaire is mostly yes/no and multiple choice, with a few
narratives. </span>This shop is paid via
PayPal. </span>You will need to provide
receipts in order to be paid.</span>
