I am doing my first open house in a few weeks and am wondering what other people do for open houses. What sort of discount do you give?Can you please e-mail me examples of your open house fliers? Thank you!

When I do an open house I will usually discount prices by the 20% hostess credit that I would normally be giving the hostess. I still charge them the regular shipping and tax on the regular retail before I take off the discount.
