Probably based on performance vs. time in. Mine is not that great compared to many. No matter. I look forward to meeting everyone, touring the facility, good food and fun...not to mention getting to learn first hand from the true leaders and pass that on to my team! smileys/smiley4.gif

Burning Coconut Mango right now. It was a toss-up between that and Cactus&White Peach....or Chili Vanilli.
Did have a hard time parting with the SO&CP, should not have opened it to smell :(
