I am having trouble with the site today, for some reason it is removing my DIQ $6,000 bonus. Are any of you ahving problems with it? I can not get in touch with customer service, they aer closed for Celebration! Any input?

Are they really closed? I just spent 25 minutes on-hold, maybe that's why?? Congratulations on your bonus!!

They must be, I was on hold for about 25 minutes before I came to the conclusionthey were closed! I am not sure what happened to my bonus, it was there last night and today it is gone, I have checked and rechecked and had my husband check and we can not figure out why it is gone! I made my numbers and actually went over by a few hundred dollars, so I can not figure it out, all I can think of is one of my recruits has a recruit and she placed over $2300.00 and only $2000.00 counts towards my numbers, but even with the extra I still ws over my DIQ numbers. I know it says NOT FINAL on the side, so maybe there is a glitch!

The system takes a while to be completely updated. Your correct numbers should be posted about week into the month. If you are still having a problem viewing them at that time, then I would contact your RVP.

I am sure that if your bonus was there last night, then it is still there today. You just can't see it on the screen b/c everything is still updating for the month. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

You were right, it just popped back on the screen! I told my husband wait until this is in the thousands and we are watching it! I love this company!!!!

I talked to customer service today, was on hold for a few minutes but they did answer.
