I have to share this story with you all....

Ihad a friend that hosted 3 "parties" for me and always served the same dishes each time she hosted the party. Everyone always stayed after the presentation and raved about these great dishes...in the meantime, I was able to go from person to person and collect orders. She had 3 successful parties and averaged over $500 for each one. I give a lot of credit to those dishes she served. So I decided to call them my $500 hostess recipes and now give them to my hostesses when they get their hostess kits. I tell them that hostesses are known to have good luck when they serve these dishes. Below are the recipes. If you try them I hope you have the luck I have had!smileys/smiley2.gif

Onion Soufflé<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><?:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O />
3 8oz. containers of cream cheese (full fat)
1 med. Onion grated and patted dry
1/2 cup Mayo
1 container of parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients, put in soufflé dish and bake @400 degrees for at least 40 min. or until the top is brown. I bake mine in a large pie plate and it cooks just as well and is done within 40 mins. Serve with Large Frito Scoops.

Symphony Brownies
1 box of Brownie mix
3 Hershey Symphony Bars (Milk Chocolate)

Prepare Brownie mix as directed on box and spread HALF in a 13x9 pan. Lay the 3 candy bars across the top and spread the other half of the mix on top. Bake according to the box directions. After brownies have cooled slightly, leave them in the pan and place in refrigerator for a few hours to chill and harden the chocolate.

I'm lovin' the brownie recipe. How easy!!! Definetly something I will suggest to my hosts that have Chocolate Decedance parties. And the souffle' would be great for Dippin' and Sippin' parties.

Thanks for sharing.

This is too funny! I held my annual Christmas in July sale last night and decided to try the Symphony Brownies...my sales were the highest for this show ever...almost $1,000! I'll have to keep this on my roster!
