Does anyone know if children can take this and at what age? I can't find anything about children on the product knowledge. Thanks!

Do you guys take every day as a supplement or when you feel a cold coming on? I was told to keep on hand & take like 4 at a time when you start to feel bad. We did this a few weeks ago & never got a full blown cold! I need to order another bottle.
