Have any of you used Picasa for editing, cropping or enhancing your pictures? I just started using it and I've found some really fun ways to play with your pictures. If you're not sure what it is, it's a free software for pictures that you can downloadfrom Google. It will store pictures online for you too....anyone find something really cool or creative to do with the software? I've found the basic things...cropping, changing to black/white....and just found this cool collage thing. Pretty cool :O)

Hi, Yes Picasa is good for editing etc however if you are really wanting to preserve your photo memories forever then I would recommend you consider www.secureyourphotos.com (http://www.secureyourphotos.com) You get your own private website and this company is the only one that guarantees to never remove or delete your photos from their servers. You can pass it on to future generations. As well as that you can edit, put your photos into fun DVD's (all online). make photobooks etc. You get 5Gig of free stirage and can even upload videos then share them with your friends. It really is very cool. Cheers.... CB

Actually, that's not accurate. Heritage Makers also provides clients with permanent archival storage of their digital photos. You get 2 GB storage with a free Basic Studio account, and UNLIMITED storage with a Studio Select or Studio Premier account. The storage that Heritage Makers provides is true archival storage, because you can download the high resolution version of your photos any time you like.
Blessings,
Christy
