I needs some suggestions for severely cracked feet. I'm pretty new to BC so I'm not really sure what to recommend. My friend got a little carried away shaving calluses off her feet and now her heals are severely cracked, pretty much to the point where she probably should have gotten a couple stitches. Note, she also plays sand volleyball.


Please give me some ideas. I don't want to suggest the wrong thing and make things worse.

If she has open sores I would use neosporin or something similar to heal her feet. Once that is accomplished, I would recommend the SYS ebb & flow foot spray and SYS rich sea salve. Have her apply the products and cover with a plastic baggie and socks. She will be AMAZED at the difference with one treatment. Make sure she continues. You might offer her a mini of the complete SYS line. Good Luck!

I agree with Indy... no matter what line she uses, she needs to the baggies/socks. This really traps in the moisture. She can't skip a night!
