Isigned with DT a couple weeks ago. I decided to give a shot at recruiting a couple days ago. Then....have recruited 4 people in the last 2 days. Yay!

Unbelievable...you go girl! I have been lucky this week as well, and got two in two days. one the president of the company just handed over to me...Have I said yet I LOVE MY COMPANY!! I now have 3 recruits in my first month!

I've never ASKED before. smileys/smiley36.gif So I did. I asked 4 people. They all signed up. Discovery Toys has a program where you can get started with a $25 deposit. The remainder is paid in 30 & 50 days. So if they have a few home parties/catalog shows before then...it'll cover the cost of the kit AND they get paid to play. smileys/smiley1.gif
What I DIDN'T do was use a script or be prepared to answer objections by turning them around. I told them I wasn't there to talk them into it. I only wanted what would be better for them. (Buy the toys, do a party, or sign-up so they could keep all the profits). Then I sat back and LISTENED while they decided what would be best for THEM.

Awesome! Isn't it amazing how things go when we allow people to SELL THEMSELVES instead of us trying to sell them?
I know when I go car shipping, I HATE being sold. Same with a business.
Speak from your heart, offer the benefits and then LET THEM DECIDE IF IT Is RIGHT! Timing and all.
A "no" today is not always a no forever. More than half of the people I sponsored last month said no initially.
When the timing was right, they came to me.
Try it and watch your business blossom!
