I don't know a lot about the makeup, but have just seen the Bellisima eye shadow. It has a gold shimmer to it and would look good on dark or light skin, I think, if you were looking for an evening look.
I'm dark haired and light skin and like some of the neutral colours in the Cabana Girl collection. Those are all probably very stylish colours.
Also, the new Tuscan Bronzer is amazing. As I said, I am fair and it really adds a bit of colour and shimmer to my face and chest area, which I like because I stay out of the sun.
Good luck!!

I love make-up. Ihave darkblonde hair and right now I have 12 different eye shadows that I regularly use in my make-up bag. I personally use: All About Eve, Earth Angel, Park Avenue Princess, Downtown Girl, Midnight Cowgirl, Bellissma, Grass Is Greener, and 5 different ones from past limited collections: Creme de Menth (greens), Motion In the Ocean (blues), Beach Party (Copper/tan), Sorbet (Peach/Purple), Indulgence (light blue/grey).
I don't think there are colors that are specifically for any one coloring or hair color, I think it's more of a personal preference.
