do have to go into the tanning room to give the impression you are
tanning. These shops require a pre-visit call to your assigned
location as well as a digital photo of the tanning room itself.
Each properly completed shop will pay $12.00 AND reimburse up to
$18.88 (the price of a basic tanning package) via paypal. + $5 BONUS!
