Hi everyone, I am so bummed right now! I was so excited cause I got my download today for my CD and I finally got time to do it and now when I tried to play it, it doesn't work. I am so dumb on this computer I do not know what to do. I followed the directions to a "T" and it doesn't work. Hi Tammy, the main reason the cd wont work according to John is if when you selcted the folder items to be copied that maybe you selected the entire "folder" and not just the items in the folder. Understand? IF you cant get it to work after that, email john at john@miabella.ca (john@miabella.ca) and he will definately help you and walk you through it. Good luck.

Also, John said to me, to make sure you had your firewall off, and any screen savers. He said sometimes these goof things up.

Natalie and Jennifer, you guys are just what I needed right now. Thanks for cheering me up! I'm going crazy!!!!!!!!!I'm thinking maybe I should just throw this computer out the window.ugh.........This thing is way to complicated for me. I am only able to do email. lol.....
Nan, I wouldn't even know what to do about what you mentioned. See what I mean. This is way over my head. I closed everything when I was doing the download like it said and I can view it from my desktop but the one I copied does not work. Go figure, what a surprise that is for you guys I bet!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol........Now I finally just watched the presentation from my desktop to see what it looks like and they forgot to put my picture on it. Maybe my picture broke their camera ya think? I bet that's what happened! Time to contact John!!!!!!!!Thanks you guys for letting me vent. I do know how to do that. hahahaha.

It is frustrating, but get ahold of them and they can redo it with your pic too.And if worse comes to worse, they can mail you a hard copy.
