I am sorry you are having this problem.. All my orders have been great.. and on time. I wish you luck.. my only thoughts are to contact Arbonne or your upline..

Hey there, sorry to hear about that. You may want to email Arbonne under "contact us" or call them because some of the backorders kind of slipped through the cracks. When I emailed them about 2 backorders I had, I got the shipment right after (maybe 2 days-but I'm in Hawaii).

I recieved an order today and all came in besides the RE9 Gold Travel Bags. Kinda confused by that.

I called a couple weeks ago & sat on hold forever. I finally ended up emailing them & they responded saying "
We appreciate the time you have taken to e-mail us. Please accept our apologies, however, we have not received an updated back order list, therefore, I am unable to provide you with an estimated date of when this item is expected to be received. "
I think I'm going to have to call again & just wait.

When I emailed, I never got a reply. When I called, what I was
told did NOT happen. Finally, thankfully, everything turned out
okay.
I called one of my customers tonight. She got her first order
yesterday. It was perfect, and they threw in a free candle. She
was very pleased. As long as the customers remain pleased, I
am pleased.
Arbonne all the way.
