Do you have an email address listed in your info and it is correct? That's the only reason I can think of why you would not get an email. Do you get other email from BeautiControl?

You know, depending on what appeared in the subject line, it might have been blocked by the spam filter.... "Free Shipping" might have triggered it?

I just talked with consultant care because I too didn't get the email. This isn't the first email that I haven't received lately, so that's why I called. She asked if I was going to place an order, I wasn't I was just checking. You might wanted to call because I think she would have given my the free shipping.

ok, I was trying to avoid calling because my daughter is cranky from having been out in the sun all day yesterday and she has been crying all day, but daddy is home so maybe i will try it when he has a sec to take over...anyone have the # off the top of your head, i might not have time to look it up

ok so the lady I talked to was not very helpful...she said that I did get the e-mail...of course I know that I didn't...arrrrrggh!..so when I asked if there was any way that the offer could still be honored she said no and that it was an automatic beautinet thing for yesterday only...i assured her again that I absolutely did not receive the email and she said I could fax in the order and she would review it, but that she could not guarantee anything...I am frustrated because now I have to take the time to fill out the faxable form for a maybe!!!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gifhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley21.gifhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif

My email from BC about the free shipping was sent to my "bulk email" folder (and all the other emails I receive from BC go to my inbox). So, maybe as someone mentioned the 'free shipping' in the subject line caused the problem? Most email programs allow you to add specific email addresses to an "approved" senders list...I'm going to make sure I add the BC addresses to my lists now that this happened. Edited by: spamaine

I have BC on my approved email list...all of my BC emails go to my inbox although occasionally emails from my director and those from her husband go to my bulk box...after I heard about the offer on this board I checked my bulk box...I went through all 106 messages and nothing from BC

I always check my bulk mail when I check my other mail and within the last 2 hours or so of me checking the bulk mail I got an email counting down with 3 hours left for the free shipping but I got the other 2 emails in my in box. I would suggest calling again and checking with someone else to see if you could still get the free shipping.

I am going to try to call ahead tomorrow...I had company tonight so I was unable to call...I am afreaid they might say that I waited too long though...it is worth a shot...problem is I hope I still get my order in time...I really need it before a spa I have next week

The emails that BC sends out, come from a company that BC works with to create the emails. They recently (past few months) changed companies that send out the emails.This may be why you did not receive the email.
The prior company was Cooler Mail, or somthing real close to that out of Portland, Oregon. When you put your email information into BeautiNet, it SHOULD flow to the vendor. As you all know with computers, sometimes that is a challenge.
I would suggest when/if any of you, or your group change your email address, obviously change it on BeautiNet, but also click at the bottom of a BC email advertising and check your information with the vendor. You each should have an account with them, if you have email listed on your BeautiNet account.
The new company information is as follows:

So I had also sent out an email to Beauticontrol about the matter and I received a response today that they will honor the deal...of course I got the message too late to call today so I will call first thing in the morning...do you guys think I will get it in time for a spa next saturday afternoon?...the spa is out of town and I have to drive 400 miles for it(it is at my mom's so I am taking the kids and hubbie too for the weekend)...maybe I should try to get it sent to her house since we will be leaving friday morning
