I was wondering if anyone has ever typed up fliers and went to neighborhoods and put them on mailboxes? If so, has this worked to get people interested?

Mail boxes belong in the realm of the Post Master.
I tried that once, until the Post Master called me
and told me to STOP. You certainly do not want
to put them IN the mail box.

He reminded me that I could put a stamp on it
and mail as many of them as I wanted.

What if I put them on the persons front door? Would that be too imposing do you think?

I have done that a lot. Only I would not expect people
to call you back. Generally speaking, my experience has
been follow-up, follow-up, follow-up is the key.

Front door is allowed. But you won't really get a great success rate out of it. Very few people even look at things left on their doors, much less respond to them. unfortunately. smileys/smiley6.gif
