Does anyone here build their biz mostly online? I joined MB to be a COTM(and get some candles to enjoy)and hope to refer new COTMs as well. However, that's just about the whole scope of what I want to do with it right now because I have another biz that I'm building and I also do Avon part-time and work a fulltime job. I don't want to do parties and I'm hesitant about retailing because you have to buy the jars by the case.

Hi Connie,

I have built 92% of my biz online!

My question to you is are you looking to retail online or build a team. both are possible. I would just like to know which one you are interested in doing!

Building a team, of course! I want ALL the candle lovers of the world to be under me...smileys/smiley36.gif. Ideally, I'd like to build a network of COTMs who occasionally do a party now and then or a fundraiser here and there. I may do a fundraiser now and then myself, but not in the near future.

Hi Connie,

Well, I would say to that to just be yourself! I have built my team strictly from being online! I have people contact me on a regular based because they find me helpfuland positive. Many of them come from message boards but I do have some that come from ads that I have place online as well.

I honestly do not see you having any problems building a very nice team Connie. Just go out there and do it! I know that you will be awesome!

I just didn't want to come off like MiaBella is a hobby because I'm not going the party or craft fair route. Thanks for the encouragement, Natalie!

People love you and want to join you and there are so many candle lovers!

I've never done home party or craft fair, and as you know, our TEAM IS GROWING A LOT!!!

But the beauty of this great business is that I can offer any option to everyone who contacts me and/or joins me in business.

THEY HAVE ALL OPTIONS OPEN TO THEM IN MIA BELLA!

What I discuss with new partners is to find out how WE can fit this into THEIR LIFE!

It's pretty amazing

Hi Connie,

Oh Connie, you did not come off that way at all. I know that you are serious about every business decide to promote.

Just find something that works for you!

I have found that online sponsering, retail sales and fundrasiers work best for me. I am sure in time, you will find the combination that works for you.

I truly believe you will do well with Mia Bella!
