Michelle,

Congratulations! I have no idea what you're supposed to do, but since I'm just starting my Arbonne biz, I like seeing other people get results!

Maybe just send her a short note welcoming her to your online Arbonne shop. Let her know that you are pleased to be her personal consultant and that you are available to her if she has questions or wants recommendations. Be sure to give her your contact info. smileys/smiley4.gif

I always send a brief email thanking the client for their order and
offering my help in the future pointing out any new products that are
coming out or specials.I also make additional suggestions for products
that they might want to try based on their interests. It lets
them know that you are serious about your business and not just an
order taker.

Congratulations!

Michele,

I just got an email from my RVP and she has a great signature line that looks like a business card (kind of). It has the Arbonne logo, which is clickable to her website. Looks like she got it from plaxo.comso that may be a neat thing to add to your emails. And I think it's free!

Ann suggested sending a thank you via mail along with a sample. Then of course following up down the road to ask how they like the product, if they need anything else, and to send special offers via e-mail.
