my friend is getting married in august, i am giving her a couple dozen votives, 200 people attending this party so i figured great advertisement, it will be awesome! anyways her wedding colors are brown- like chocolate brown and light pink. I know on the website i can look at the colors and sort of tell what they would look like in real life, but sometime what color you see on the comp. doesnt really resemble the actual color, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions! Thanks a bunch!

Hey Teralee,

What a nice gesture and great marketing!

I would ask her what her preferences are. Because you are dealing with scents too!

I love the Victorian Rose!

Are these for decoration or just as things to give to guests?

Tahitian Spiced Vanilla is like beige/brown color and Chocolate Kiss would be more of a milk chocolate color. Plumeria is a pretty light pink color. I have all these in home so I can see actual color. I had two pink grapefruits for a customer recently and from what I saw...those were pretty pink. Although I think that is being retired.

I will be having at least one on every table, and there will be cards scattered that gives information out about the candles, its really cute just have to order them! :-)

THANKS!!!

She is pretty darn easy going- and totally trusts me, and probably tired of planning this wedding and wants things to get done without her, so she doesnt really care, lol!but maybe see if she wants fruity scents or sentual and soft scents. she had said something about chocolate kiss or something else i did have it written down lol.

I want to buy some victorian rose b/c i have yet to smell it and a lot of people(expecially you lori) love it.
I think it might be a little to light of a pink. but it might work. what other scent that is a brown color that would work with it. ?? maybe the Tahitian Spiced Vanilla?? i think it might be the right color, either that or a little darker.
thanks for the help:-)

we're going to put them in votives and wrap around ribbon that says

Our vote is Victorian Rose. It just seem's appropiate. We started mixing the petals on our votive roses instead of all one colour and have had very nice sales and have even done some by request. So maybe you could choose a colour and then add the petalsfor colour balance to the dresses.

Way to go Teralee!!

I agree, Victorian Rose is a great one. As for a brown colored one I think chocolate kiss would go well...

Have fun!!!
