Training your new partners and getting them off to a solid start is the KEY to duplication in Network Marketing. And, "duplication" is the key to SUCCESS in Network Marketing.

Whether you train in person, over the phone or even by email, here are some things that you'll want to cover in your training program.

First and foremost is getting to the heart of the Belief System of your new distributors.

Anton Chekhov says - "A man is what he believes."

Interesting that most people start in this business with a thirst to learn all of the ABC's of Network Marketing.

But, the biggest challenge any distributor will face is raising up one's belief level and keeping it there, through thick and thin.

Establishing a belief level of success is crucial.

Many times a solid belief system can be established by learning and telling the stories of others. This imparts a "if he can do it I can do it to" mentality.

Another important piece is the "Dream Book" or Treasure Map. This is where one cuts out pictures, words and images and pastes them onto a poster board or in a special book, and constantly floods the mind with these images by browsing through the book regularly.

The second part of the training involves education the new person on your product line.

And, of course, the best way to KNOW the product is to USE the product. Be your own best customer. Go through and replace everything in your home that you can with your own products.

Go through the product line with your new person and cover the basic details. Brainstorm a little about who would be a target market for your product line.

Go through some commonly asked questions, so your new person can take notes and be prepared when these questions are presented by a prospect.

You may even want to role play a little.

And, finally, you'll want to cover the business opportunity offered by your company.

Explain developing a list and making prospecting calls or conversations. Again, cover who a target market might be for your opportunity. Explain how to "share and sell", and not "tell and sell."

Do some role playing with a script to get your new member feeling more comfortable and at ease with having a conversation.

Cover areas of objections and how to handle these objections by probing and offering feedback, and not by being defensive.

Explain the importance of following up and ASKING FOR THE SALE. By "sale" it could be buying product or buying into the business opportunity.

Cover the 5 most commonly asked questions of a prospect -

1. Is this business simple?
2. Can I have fun doing it?
3. Can I make money doing it?
4. Will you help me?
5. Is this the right time for me?

Good, solid training will go a long way toward assisting your new business partner get off to the strongest start possible, and will confirm that they made the right choice in a partnership with you.

Great training is the fuel for your Network Marketing Rocket!
