Not sure what I'm going to do for a workout ... maybe the gym ... maybe TJ 3T.

PM: Well, I got interrupted doing yoga, so I only got about ten minutes of that in, and then I did not quite ten minutes of Tae-Bo Strength. I got confused. But I did SOMETHING. That counts, right?

Did 8 minute taebo (that gives you a good sweat) and plan on doing more excersizes and my stretching after I get done watching General Hospital...LOL!
