I'm back from vacation! Now I have to undo a week of "cabin food" ... smores, ice cream, candy, hot dogs, potatoes, brats, cheese ... http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif

One mile run outside on the bike path along the river. Had to get it in early before it hits the 90's today!

hi all, starting today and hoping you guys will help keep me accountable, upbeat, and supported!
1/2 mile walk pushing a stroller. 15 (girl) pushups, fifteen chair chinups, 15 dumbbell curls, and fifteen side laterals. 2 crunches (I gotta work on that, I know) and five dips behind the back.

AM-TJ 20 minute workout.




I did the TJ Ab Jam late Saturday night and it kicked my tail!! I hurt yesterday so bad and the weird thing was it got worse as the day wore on. I didn't know I had ab muscles in all those places!!! I'm hoping to get another 20 min workout in tonight and then go back to Cardio Party tomorrow.

I did some water excersizes in the pool with my kids. And lord knows after the feding frenzy I have been on today....I need to do a whole lot more tonight, tomorrow well into this weekend http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif

Ok I did more....reverse situps, more leg stretches with resistance band, arm stretches....and alot of stretches!!
