KSS International is currently scheduling recorded telephone mystery shops on behalf of GameFilm Consultants. These shops are easy and you can save some money on gas.
The objective of this shop is to evaluate the service of a travel agency. You will try to reach a specific target using a special 800 number so that the phone call can be recorded. We provide a vacation-planning scenario for you to get the call going, but you need to have dates and a budget in mind.
For this shop you will be portraying a customer of the upper middle class income bracket. Please make sure you either fit this demographic or are comfortable playing this role.
These assignments pay $5. The shops can only be conducted Monday thru Friday between 10AM and 530PM. You must avoid the lunch hour.
