I thought it might be interesting to learn how many promotions you've gottenand how long they took you to achieve them.


Obviously, some people put more of an effort on recruiting and getting promotions, so not everyone can expect to get the same results, but I thought it would be fun to see a list of everyone's great accomplishements!!


I've only been with BYB for 2 months, so I haven't gotten a promotion yet! :)

Hi there! I'm assuming by promotions you mean management. I was blessed with being promoted to Director within 10 months of starting with Petra.


As far as promotions for prizes go, I've been through 3 of them now, the first one I won top level in. I could have chosen a trip for 4 for 6 nights to a ranch in Tucson, AZ or a Mediterranean Cruise for 2 or other prizes, but I chose to take $2500 cash instead. Now the 2nd one I've been through I chose not to take the top prize and am doing the same for this promotion because Petra is running a year long promotion that I'm saving my recruit credits for. If I have 20 qualified members this year I win $10,000 cash!!! Or a 3 year paid lease on a BMW 325i, Ford Mustang or Ford Escape. I'm only a few away from achieving this and still have until December 31st to hold Debut Parties so I know the Lord will bless me with the money!!


I plan on promoting out at least one Director from my team before the end of the year. That will push me up to Area Director. Petra pays 5 levels deep on downlines so that's my ultimate goal.

WOW!! Congratulations Krystal!! I will be with lia sophia a year in November and became unit manager in 9 months. I will earn the trip for one to the Riveria Maya this year and will probably take the $1,500 american express card instead. I also win all the monthly prizes for sales.

I promoted to Team Leader with BYB in 5 months and promoted to Director 8 months after that. My goal is to hit Sr Director by convention next summer - need to promote out 2 more Team Leaders first (and of course have everyone hit their sales in the same month)

I promoted to Team Leader after 2 months with BYB. (August of last year.) I then promoted to Director 8 months later. In the last year I have earned 2 trips as well as my hotel stay in Atlanta for leaders last October. (Plus assorted little incentives)


Like Allison, I would love to promote to Sr. Director by Convention next year. (Woohoo, go Allison!)


Melissa, everyone works their business at their own pace. There are so many factors which affect your growth. If you would like to promote to the next levelmy advice would be to seta goal and then work the steps toward that goal. Remembering to NOT get discouraged if you don't hit the goal.I have missed soooo many of my goals, but my business is always better for having worked toward something.


I generally set my goals a little above what I can attain just to push myself. Plus even if I don't hitmy goal, I will still do well:-) My goal is to be Sr. Dir. by July, but even if I don't hit it I know that my business will be doing very well because of the effort that I will put forth to reach my goal.

I think you know my story - I promoted to Team Leader in 5 months, and promoted to Director 5 months later. I, too, aspire to be Senior Director. Won't you help me get there?? smileys/smiley2.gif

Oh, I know that I'll promote eventually. My current goal would be to become a Team Leader. I'd like for that to happen by the end of the year, but we'll see!!


I was just curious how other people in other companies were doing. I just read the Pampered Chef by Doris Christopher, and I found it very inspiring. I like reading about others' success, even if they aren't with BYB!

Let`s see- I started with my company last January. I promoted to Leading Conultant a month later, and Team Leader4 or 5 months after that. I`m working on my next promotion now, and it won`t be long!

i've promoted to team leader and I'm hoping to promote out a team and be a team leader with a first generation team leader.. i forget the official name! Anyway, I started w/the co brand new 1 1/2 years ago, so i'm pretty happy

I promoted to Sr. in 2 months, Sterling in 4 months and Group Manager in 8 months. My next goal is Sales Director, which it's about time.


I've earned 2 incentive trips, 2 All Star challenges/trips, jewelry, free toys, President's Club, etc.

I know you've already heard from a bunch of BYBers, but I thought I would share, too!



I started with BYB in September 2004, made it to Senior Consultant in
October, Team Leader in November, and Director in March! I also
would like to be to Senior Director by conference and I don't plan on
stopping there! I just promoted out my second Team Leader(first
line) and I now have a total of 6 leaders in my downline: 2 other
Directors(one first line and one second line) and 4 Team Leaders(one
first line, two second line, and one third line).



I have earned 3 trips because of these promotions and by the end of the
year I will have earned an extra $2000(this is just a bonus for
promoting someone and is above and beyond my normal team bonus checkssmileys/smiley4.gif)!



If you put your mind to it, you will acheive your goals! You definitely picked a great company to do it withsmileys/smiley2.gif!
