6/22-AM: 51 min.Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3 PM: 3 LONG HOURS of lifting and moving boxes, furniture, etc. so really no formal exercise tonight.
6/23- 20 min.Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
6/24- Day off
6/25- AM:45 min.Turbo Jam Get on the Ball Kickin Core & 19 min. Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile PM: 10 min. walk outside
6/26- 20 min.Turbo Jam Ab Jam & 28 min. Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam
6/27- AM:62 min.Turbo Jam Get on the Ball Total Body Blast PM: 15 min. walk outside
6/28- 33 min. Turbo Jam 3 T & 20 min.Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout & 15 min. walk outsideEdited by: angienewton

6/22 ~ Day 3 (final day)of fruit flush. Doing well with that, although it is tough not to eat other things!! Will post my weigh in tomorrow. Walked 2.5 miles on level surface becauseI am very sore from the past few days.
6/23 ~ unofficial Weigh In (WW was cancelled) at home 121.6 - so I was down almost 5 pounds from the flush. I don't feel like the flush worked as it should have, even though I followed it exactly - except for the day 3 protein shake that I omitted. Eating was okay today - I was starving from the past three days so I overdid it a bit. Minimal exercise.
6/24 ~ 2.5 mile walk with Dh & the kids. Felt great. Eating was okay. Did gardening (dug up the yard to start planning a new garden for next spring).
6/25 ~ 1 mile walk with DH & the kids.
6/26 ~ low impact exercises for my knee - that's it! Eating ws just okay.
6/27 ~ 3 mile walk - man was it muggy out! Drank LOTS of water, ate okay.
6/28 ~ 1 mile walk - low impact exercises for my knee. Eating - pretty poor! Oops!Edited by: ~ Debi ~

6/25 - Water, better than great, first day of doubles today! I did Turbo Jam in the morning and P90X in the evening and had plenty of energy and some left over! I was so pumped! 6/22... 3/4 mile walk. I glass of water, and I got 1 glass of flavored water in too! Eating EXCELLENT,20 stretch and excersize routine.
6/23...35 minute Yoga Booty Ballet, working on a glass of flavored water now (Today was hard getting the water down), eating was ok, regular stretch routine with resistance band
6/24...3/4 mile walk, normal stretching and excersize routine with resistance bands. Water not so good but I am going to try and get a glass down tonight before I go to bed. Eating good!
6/25...normal stretching excersizes and resistance band work, excersizes in the pool. Eating was really bad, water was bad too... I think I got only a glass if that in.
6/26...8 minute taebo (you get a good sweat on that workout), regular stretches and excersizes with resistance band, eating was super but it wasn't bad. Got 2 glasses of water in today! Trying for 3 for tomorrow!
6/27...Swimming and chasing around my kids in the pool. Regular excersizes with resistance band. Eating good! Water good... I had 3 glasses (although flavored with Crystal light).

Great job for checking in everybody! Thisweek my period has been really really bad... http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif At a plateau for the past 3 weeks but looking to get things rolling again soon!

4 16 oz glasses of Crystal Light
I walked a mile this morning and did some exercises this evening but...
on the way home from the library my hubby stopped at a gas station we got some chicken strips...I ate 6...I REALLY shouldn't have.
Other than that, I have tried to watch what I eat, etc.
