Today is usually my workout day off, but we ate out twice yesterday and we are going to have a busy wknd, so I may take a day off this wknd instead and workout today.

did elliptical with arms(usually do one without ) 25
10 min treadmill
25 min abs, legs, arms weights, etc

P90X Core Synergistics! Now that I've seen this workout once before a lot of the moves aren't so confusing! I'm improving a lot!

PM: 3 LONG HOURS of lifting and moving boxes, furniture, etc. so really no formal exercise tonight (we helped my stepson move into his 1st apartment!)




I'm exhausted!

So far we did about a 3/4 of a mile walk. Will do more later, just not sure what yet...LOL!
