During the new computer system installation I placed an order. I waited over a month before calling Arbonne for the status of the order. They reprocessed order for me and I received it shortly after. Today I received a shipment for the exact same order. I'm assuming that this was the original shipment I was to receive from the order I place back at the end of July.

This happened to one of my consultants last month also. We just called and got an rma# and Arbonne had ups pick it up at their cost.

Thanks! Wasn't sure if it was something that required an RMA in this situation or not.
