Are there any direct sales clothing companies? Not sleepware but dayware. I hate going shopping for clothes. I love catalog shopping. And would love to find a company where I could sign up and get a discount and order direct. I mean mainly clothes I could wear to work at an office. Dress pants and tops.
If not a direct sales maybe at least a wholesaler, I have a retail license but don't want to buy in bulk. Just "purchase for use"
thanks, Carol M

I've bought items from Weekenders. They bring a clothing rack with several pieces of clothing to a home party. You try them on, and if they have the color you like in your size, you can purchase right then. If not, or if you want a different color, you can order. They have a catalog they give out at the party. All the items I've purchased are very good quality, and are wearing very well. Hope this helps.

I looked at the website. That is exactly what I'm looking for! Are there any consultants around?

Petra Fashions has a wonderful clothing line called Christiana. It's perfect for office and day wear. The material is completely wrinkle free and machine washable and dryable. We also have accessories such as scarves and a couple necklace, earring and belt items. On top of that our lounge wear/ sleep wear line offers several cami's that can be worn under blazers and look very professional.
You can become a member of Petra for only $4.95 and earn your kit for free by doing 4 parties and $1250 in sales within 45 days of your first party. The kit contains $600 worth of garments for display at your parties along with start up business supplies and training materials.
If you'd like to find out more about the Petra opportunity, I'd love to speak with you about it. You can PM me here or drop me an email with Petra as the subject at the email address that's in my signature. The website address is there as well. You can click on Fashion Gallery and look at all the categories of garments that we offer.
I look forward to hearing from you. Take care Carol and God Bless!!

I don't know if there are any Weekenders gals here, as they aren't allowed to advertise online. There *might* be, but in case someone doesn't respond...fill out the form on the corporate website and they'll put you in touch with someone nearby you ASAP. They are pretty prompt with that. :)

Can't advertise online? That would make it hard to include the line in my online store I'm planning. But maybe worth it for personnal use if no minimums and quotas. I may check out the homepage to get some more info. Thanks.

I found one called Multibles but the websiteshows the1988 fall collection. smileys/smiley36.gif I think it is out of style. But is that company still in business? I've done all kinds of searches and can't find any other companies. What is a better way of finding companies and plans? I've found some list but all by company name instead of product catagory. I've looked at Petra and have info, Weekenders- requested info and waiting. Is that all there is?

Doncaster is very nice, very pricey.
Etc. is big here as well, nice quality, not as pricey, but not cheap. Can't find a website, pretty sure of the name.

That's the one I could think of! I know someone who does it and the clothes are very cute. I've seen all the brands.
For price range, I'd say:
Doncaster (most expensive)
Etc/Cambodia (high quality)
Weekender (functional)
