I was an Arbonne customer long before my circumstances changed & I decided to become an Arbonne biz builer. My consultant was always very good at suggesting what I needed. To me, looking through the catalog was overwelming! She would come up with a few things she thought I should try & always had a new suggestion when I re-ordered.
I've tried this with my customers & they really seem to appreciate it!

Thanks for the info, arbonnebev. Do you do this for retail clients only, or do you contact w/sale buyers also(because I have so many w/s buyers who are not biz builders YET!) ?

I do for the wholesale buyers. Sometimes I'll email them a few sale sheets while they are trying my re9 set. I'm just starting my business, so I'm trying to build volume! The last week of the month I'll call or email my w/s buyers & suggest a mask, shampoo, suppliment, etc. Not many people can order everything they want all at one time, so I try to keep in touch at least a month to add a few items.
