While I was demonstrating our products at the hair salon today I found that Imostly soldour makeup products and I didn't even have any makeup with me! The salon owner has invited me to come back and she seems to think that I shouldbring her a flier (andleave it for about a week) offering free head to toe makeovers and let people make appointments to have them done and hopefully that will boost my sales. I'm excited but nervous about this. If anyone has any fliers similar to what I am looking for, I would love to get a copy. My email address is spame2@yahoo.com

did you get any bookings, contact names, etc...how many people did you see? just wondering in case anyone else wants to try this

I didn't get any bookings but I did get a few contact names and I had several people that specifically said they wanted certain items but wanted to look over a guide to see what else they wanted before they put their order in so I will see if anything comes from that. The hair salon was about 30 minutes from where I live and I met several people that live in the same town as me and when they found out where I live they mentioned that they were wondering since they live a ways from the salon how theywould work it out when they ordered somethingso theywere happy to hear that we lived so close. I even had a few men that demoed the products and asked questions and took guides with them which really surprised me!

Hi Laura! You could probably use the idea from my post called "SOOO excited" at the salon! It would be a great way to get lots of bookings and leads! Just ask if you can put a drawing box for a head to toe makeover, and then award them to everyone! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley14.gif
