So what does everyone include. I am now getting leads from AF and I mail out some samples, a business brochure, the cost analysis and a How to get started letter but was wondering what everyone else includes? I have only mailed out two so far but I have been sending them in the Mia Bella folders and including a car freshener and a personal letter but would love to see what others are doing in regards to written material. Thanks!

I either type up my own letter or use the one in the yahoogroups for Jackie Ulmer's team, as the written material.
Include a letter, bruchure,catalog, a scent sample(mia melt or baggie) and that's all.

These days I do a catalog, a letter, a cost analysis, a business brochure, a COTM flyer, and NOW I include one of those awesome slicks that have the newspaper articles on them, and I also include two scent samples.

I'm thinking that the image from the back office that we have for our COTM mailers is being used to create a flyer each month promoting our newest scent of the month? I think that is what I will do!!!

Yes, the re-print of the newspaper article. It's wonderful!
I think I found the flyer inthe 'files' section of one of the yahoo groups, and just adjusted it with my information.
It just outlines what is included in the COTM, and mentions that the person doesn't have to sell, they can just enjoy the products.
It's pretty basic. :)
