I am wanting to do an open house for not just my family and friends, but customers as well, I am looking for some ideas on what has worked for you.


Should I do it in my home or a more neautral location (bar, function hall)?


Drawings? Has anyone done them, and if so how do you organize it?


Any other suggestions for how to make it successful.....

I advertised in the paper and hung up flyers


Did drawings they could enter onlywith certain amount purchase


Also did drawing for FREE - be certain your drawing slips have name, addy , phone, email and some general questions - would you want newsletter - emails of sales - have a party - attend a party(there are those who wont have one but will go to others and buy)


If you dont want a lot of strangers showing up at your house i would suggest a central location - but not something that might cost you more then you make
