Hey Gals!
I know this has been posted before, but I wanted to get it all in one place!
I want to know what would be your best ideas for stations at an open house? I'm thinking:
1) Facial station - cleanse, and facial mask (WTGTM maybe?)
2) SOH station
3) Relaxation Station - Foot cream with baggies, Lip Apeel and Eye Pads
4) Scent station - Perfumes
5) Body Station - Fuzzy Navel, B Sugar and W Sugar etc
6) Makeup station
Anything else??? I guess it sounds I like I already have it figured out! haha. Let me know what you think!
Thanks again!!!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley10.gif

I've never had an open house but I am curious to find out when you schedule them. Do you schedule them when you are just starting out to introduce yourself to others so they know you are with BC or do you do it when you need to get rid of some inventory?

I had one when I started (sortof) and ran it like a regular spa - so it wasn't really an open house at all! This time I want to do stations so that it doesn't matter when people come...and I can invite more than 6 people! I'm trying to clear out some inventory because I went crazy my first 2 months and ordered $7000.00 worth of product!!! I've sold most of it, but I want to widdle it down a bit more. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley10.gif

I had an open house to introduce my friends and family to my new business. I did the spa portion and then an open house, so people could come to one or both. They are good to do every once in awhile if your calendar is empty. Invite your friends, past hostesses, past guests, people on your contact list. Offer a special discount or incentive to book for those returning customers, etc. So that answers spa-me 2s questions. As for bodhi, I think you are on the right track. If you are going to have that many stations you might want to enlist some help. Either recruits or older kids or neighborhood teenagers(you can pay them in product, like a lip gloss or lotion)
You could do TDS or LOTS face mask and then send them to the relaxation station while it dries, then do the rest of the facial with CBC/moisturizer. At the SOH station will you just follow up with ER or with the soh set? Sounds like fun, can I comehttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

If there is something that you are specifically trying to sell, then I would demo that because people tend to buy what they try. Talk it up, let them try it and also share the other unusual uses for that product. It is good for shaving bikini area and for men's faces because it cuts back on the irritation. Plus the green tea is easier to demo. Let them try it on their entire face as opposed to just the arm

That's great! Thanks so much for all the suggestions! Of course you can come!!! haha! Just get on a plane and I'll meet you at the airport!
One more Question....should I do the busy woman's facial or each item one at a time? I'm thinking Busy woman's facial will be best if it's busy!

I would do the busy women's facial because it shows how quick and easy skincare can be, but also let them know that they can use those things seperately as well!! Some people use the cleanser with the scrub or you can use scrub, cleanser and green tea mask together, but of course if you are trying to sell this you might want to do it sperate. Make sure to also do tonic and moisturizer and ask them if they would like to go home that day with the skin care for half off. Then when they say yes(who wouldn't) then book spas. Have that calendar ready.

You might also want to display some of the new products that aren't in the catalogue.
I think it sounds great. I'd love to do an open house myself especially since the summer has been rough so far to get spas booked.

This sounds great to me, Bodhi!
Ha! I thought I went crazy ordering at BeautiU! $7000??? And you have almost sold it all??? You GO girl! Let us know how it goes. I agree about enlisting help. This would be a great way to get your team together and do a mini-training/spa day all in one! When I have stuff like this planned, I always call my Consultants and ask for volunteers.
