Has anyone tried putting the Hi-breds in theblender when making their protein shake? I have several clients who can't swallow that many pills. I wondered if that might be a solution for them. I wasn't sure if it would hurt the pills or if they would dissolve completely.

I have not personally because I could not imagine what it would taste like. I have heard if quite a few people who do this though with success.

I put my vitamins in the blender with some liquid (orange juice, etc.) and grind them up first then add my protein powder, fruit, ice, liquid, etc. You do not tast the vitamins and it is an easy way to get them down. I do this for my morning and evening vitamins. I make a half shake each time.

What about the green capsule - do you open it or just throw that in whole?

So what is the consensus? Should we recommend this great idea to our customers that have a hard time with the size?

My question is- how does this affect, or does it affect the way the enzymes work? Edited by: cassandra

I am the one who uses the vitamins in the blender and yes, I dump everything in the packet in the blender. I don't know how it affects the way the enzymes work butthis processseems to work for me personally. I have recommended this to some of my clients who have the same difficulty with the vitamins as I do. I also recommend they keep the vitamins in the fridge since it helps with the taste. Sorry I can't be of more help with answers to your questions.
