I have an order that has been on "P" status
on my web stats for a week today. That is
"rediculous". How do they expect one to keep
customers with that kind of service. I called
and after waiting over 30 minutes to talk to
someone at thehome office, they told me it
would be pushed to the front of the line. But
it has not. I know all about the growth and
new people and new systems, but that DOES
not keep customers or look good to NEW
consultants like us.
I am just speaking out because I am a little
ticked off.

I understand your frustrations because I have been back ordered since aug. 31. It definitely does not look good for new consultants or customers.

Backordered since 8/21! I got sick of waiting on hold, so I sent an e-mail. Got a response that said basically, "Don't know when it will be in". Trying to be patient!! smileys/smiley26.gif

I feel your frustration. I ordered the RE9 Set on 9/20, along with the $20 Hostess Gift Set and they are both on back order. I just don't understand how the whole RE9 Set is on back order.smileys/smiley5.gif I called today and was told that it's going to take 1-2 weeks before it's in. smileys/smiley19.gif

I would talk to your RVP or NVP then know more and can do more. I had a girl who sign someone and they hadn't gotten any of their stuff. My upline.. my mom called our NVP and our NVP called Rita Davenport worked it out for us..

Another thing to do would be to send an email balst to all team members and see if anyone has that particular product. Then you just give it to them when your order comes in. This is very frustrating though!!

What I find frustrating is signing up someone as a consultant, they order the RE9 system, and then after the order is placed and it (partly) ships, we find out it's on backorder. That happened to me this past week, and my customer is really disappointed. She had other things in her order that were on backorder, too. I called today, was on hold for 45 minutes, and they gave me vague dates for shipments.
Oh well. I know we'll get through these growing pains. smileys/smiley1.gif

I hear what you are saying about all the backorders. I have a client who has been waiting on a clear advantage set since Sept. 1, it finally came today!! I also got an e-mail from my envp Monday that said the Re9 set is in now. Let's keep our chins up!!

As far as my first post was concerned, I have called
Arbonne and emailed them twice. I have emailed my
RVP. I have gotten zero response. It seems that
nobody really cares.
Again, I am just thinking outloud. While I really like
the products, the service stinks.

I just checked my web stats and the order has
changed from "P" to "S" status. That is good, but
it is pathetic that I had to call and email all over
the planet earth smileys/smiley5.gifto get it done.
Now I need to work on my attitude and get back
on track to build my business.

Terry and Betty,
Many of us have/had struggles with our uplines, what's great is that most teams will "adopt" you and allow you to join their trainings. So if you aren't happy with the training/support you receive from your upline, find another one to receive training and support from. My Region 'hosts' consultants from 3 different teams.
