OMGoodness, girls! You're making me blush! smileys/smiley9.gif

Yes, it probably IS Arbonne! smileys/smiley36.gifI think the Infinite Abundance team got my memo about how I cleared up my acne, but for everyone else, this is my acne testimonial ...
<BLOCKQUOTE dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">

Did you have the opportunity to read the official Arbonne message board before they took it down? Well, there were some consultants who created quite a stir because they couldn't understand why Arbonne would continue coming out with nutritional products when our focus (in their opinion) should be skin care. So, I'm going to tell you why ...
I have acne-prone skin and although I'm totally Arbonnized, nothing was helping (long-term). I was so discouraged! I wanted beautiful skin!! Well, I did some research and found that people who have an out-of-balance DIET (less than 40% protein) are more likely to suffer from acne. My diet was mostly carbs so I decided to increase my protein intake - and that is where the Arbonne shakes help.

I use Arbonne protein shakes - the vanilla isa little too sweet for my taste. Plus, I enjoy a thicker shake, so I add ice, a half cup of plain fat-free yogurt and a slice of Mori-Nu firm tofu to cut the sweetness and give it a good consistency. Sometimes I add a small handful of frozen blueberries or 5 strawberries. The chocolate is really yummy! I also add ice to that one and if it is before my workout, I add a banana.

Yes, Arbonne definitely knows what they are talking about. Nutrition is a VITAL part of good skin care and anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. For the first time in ages, my skin is completely clear!

I totally agree with you Melissa.

Melle- thanks so much for the insight that many of us need to be able to understand clients with different skin issues than we ourselves have. I took me quiteawhile to not give strange looks http://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gifto those people who try the RE9 system and say they don't like it.smileys/smiley29.gif ya know? Now I 'get it' and love to hear testimonials like yours so I have another reference to go by when trying to help someone.

take care,

Cassandra

I hear what you are saying Melle with a good diet. Last year I went on a diet, it was part of a weight loss program that my trainer put together for me. It involved more protein less carbs, more fuits and vegatables. I cut out junk food and refined sugar. I used honey as a sweetner if I needed it. Anyways, I lost a lot of weight quickly but the biggest thing I noticed is that after 2 weeks of not eating refined sugar, I indulged myself one night and had candy and chocolate. I was up in the middle of the night and was sick to my stomache. I thought it was just the flu bug but a week later I did the same thing and I was sick again. I came to the conclusion that the sugar was making me sick after not eating it.

I managed to get used to the sugar again...lol Oh Well. I am in the process of going off the sugar again. It's hard!!!

(I also have bad skin so your testimonial gives me hope and motivation to go back to my diet)

Looking good, Melle!

I did all of the Arbonne U courseswhile I was waiting on my 1st order to arrive. I love that I can do it at my own pace &amp; at 2 am if I am so inclined! It's great that they are adding to the site &amp; courses themselves. It is awesome to be part of a company that provides us with the tools to succeed!!!

When they came out with A.U. last May I was right on top of it. I couldn't wait for more to come out. Now I am sort of behind. I guess 2 toddlers, being pregs, and moving does the to you.smileys/smiley9.gif I am trying to do more though.

They are so great to have though. If you want to learn more about something you just go do that course. Great for new people.

:cool:I started my own business with a Health and Wellness company (http://www.arbonne.com). All I do is teach people how to save money and make money by redirecting the money they are already spending on consumable products by switching brands. All of the products are pure, safe, and benefical - they are Vegan certified (http://www.arbonne.com) as they do not test on animals and have no animal by products in them.

Arbonne University is so helpful and rewarding! I thank Arbonne everytime I go into the website and learn so much and it's all FREE.

Want to learn more on a business and be updated on products, Arbonne is such a great place to go!
