My doctor has me going on an anti-inflammation program. To do this, I am going to be taking Figure 8 shakes and the Figure 8 pill (together, they have most of what is in this $60 a canister shake she wants me to buy!).
I know I like Vanilla and Chocolate. Hate Orange Fiber YUCK. How is the Chai Latte?

I like to mix the chocolate and fiber shake together in milk with some ice. I drink it every morning and I have lost 28 pounds. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

I love the C/L shake. It has a good spicyness to it and doesn't have a bitterness to it that I've had to get used to with the other shakes. I didn't have to get "used" to this one at all. I always add ice to mine and blend, or put it in the freezer to make it slushy. I've read on the F8 website that some even drink it hot. I haven't tried that yet but it sounds delicious too.
I love the idea to mix the chocolate and the fiber shake. I'm going to try that! Thank you!!!

Ionly like the chai latte shake madewith milk and ice in the blender. I did try it hot but wasn't too fond of it. Then again, I used hot water--maybe if I had used hot milk it would have tasted better.
My favoritemilkto use with my shakes is Hood brand Calorie Countdown. (It usedto be called Carb Countdown.) It's only got90 calories and 3 grams of carbs for an 8 oz serving. Plusit gets "fluffy" when whipped in a blender.
You can make lots of different flavored shakes withthe chocolate and vanillashakesmixed with basic flavoringssuch asalmond or other extracts, sugarfree Da Vinci syrups, decaf coffee crystals, fruit, etc. Justmake suretowatch your carbsor elseitwon'tbe so healthy. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

I tasted the C/L this weekend mixed with skim milk. I liked it a lot. It has a cinnamon taste. It seemed to mix easier than the chocolate or vanilla too.
