I was just on eBay and I saw a completed auction for RE9 Night Creme. It was repackaged into a sample container. Is it legal to repackage products and then sell them using the Arbonne name? Not that I want to, but maybe there is some kind of law against that? Just wondering.

smileys/smiley7.gifi know how do you think arbonne know about those people? there are people who really work and follow all rules and try to do everything right and one person does stupid stuff makes the companies name bad, arbonne does not deserve to be on ebay. that's what i think;

I'm not talking about just consultants either. Wouldn't it be illegal to repackage someone else's products and sell them using the company's name? I mean, people could put anything in a sample container and just call it "Arbonne" or whatever they want. How could this person actually prove that he/she is providing what he/she is claiming? Maybe I'm just overanalyzing because I am so tired...smileys/smiley5.gif
